Our last day

Micah and I hated to see our trip come to a close. Despite all the places still on our list, I just felt drawn back to the Conciergerie. I couldn't leave Paris without going back and paying my respects to the people who had passed through those iron gates.This humorless pair flanks a doorway of the Conciergerie facing the Seine.
