I ought to be slapped for the slapdash way I took pictures on my trip. (And, for not revising the annoying unintentional play on words in that sentence.) So many of them are blurry. This was a case in Musee Carnavalet, containing possessions of Louis XVI. I think they're all from his stay in the Tuileries. I couldn't read the French descriptions and can only guess the history of these treasures. We went to the museum after at the end of an already full day and didn't do it justice, even though it was one of the places I most wanted to see. Next time, I'm going with someone who speaks French so it can be done properly.
