Are y'all going to help me bring back my suppressed memories or not?

Is this Newport or Virginia Beach? Help me out here! I do recognize that it's Mike, me and Bill but don't know where it was taken.

It is not Virginia Beach because we do not have a railing like that. Maybe they had it back then but I doubt it. I vote not VB.

Yeah, Jimmy said he thinks it's Newport. He also told me that the picture of us at the picnic was taken in Alexandria and that's Ralph Beatty with us. I love that you post on my blog, Mona! Thanks!!! It made my day.
