19th Century - A Crime of Passion: Why? Praslin Family Letters

I'm going to see Michael this week! This is us standing in front of the remains of a home (Malvern Hill) that some of our ancestors owned during the American Revolution. It sits between Williamsburg and Richmond. A battle was fought there and, I believe that
La Fayette and his troops (which would include a young Count Axel Fersen) stayed there in route to Yorktown. I'm enlarging the actual known facts to make that statement, but Michael, who knows all about these things, said that he thinks they did. It was used as a headquarters or something. I have to ask him about it this week.
