This is a recipe for Potato Chip Cookies that Mimi served to Terry and me when we visited her on Hunter Ave., shortly after we got married. With typical lack of follow-through, I've never actually baked the cookies but maybe one of you will. I was going to type the recipe and just realized it will be better to present in her handwriting.
