Cap Ferrat

The promenade between Cap Ferrat, where David and I stayed, and Beaulieu, where my original family had lived, runs along the Mediterranean.  Even in late July, the weather was gorgeous.  The view speaks for itself.

The harbors were dotted with yachts.  The most impressive was the Garçon - not pictured - available for rent for 250,000 euros a week plus expenses.  Enough space for ten guests and more than twice that many crew members.  A helicopter landed on it as we watched.

I like these colors together.

Dog Bar

We snorkeled in a cove just like this.  David also went scuba diving from a boat with the local dive shop, but didn't take pictures.

We spent David's 31st birthday in the city of my birth 58 years prior.  So special to be there together.

Steak au Poivre

David ran this route after a full day of walking.  I was asleep when he came home.
