Why did I not realize your Mom had that Southern accent - closed my eyes and listened to her speak. How blessed you are to have this - I have Mom's voice mail message -listen to it ever so often just to hear her speak - XO
I don't remember seeing this when it originally aired, but surely I did. The first time I remember seeing it was Mom's 80th birthday party at Michael's and I was shocked at her accent. I don't remember it being so strong either. She used to call me at work when I first got married and whoever answered the phone would say, "It's yo mutha." Do you have recordings of your mom singing?

No - I have no recordings of her singing - guess back in the day video cameras were not as big a deal - if it were today we'd have recordings of every show she was in - all I have is the answering machine message, which I have kept.
Just watched this again, thanks to Micah's tribute to Dad directing me to it. I love it and would love to post it to my Facebook page too. I don't see a link that I can cut and paste. Maybe you can show me how?? Love you Sister. :-)
